Return Policy

All products qualify for free returns on defective items within 14 days of receipt. Please inspect your rug upon receipt and contact our customer service department if you find any defects. 470.313.4213 All costs will be refunded to the purchaser's credit card for any defective products. For Customer Remorse Returns, please contact us for Return Authorization and Return Address. Once the return is received, we will refund the full purchase price plus original shipping costs to the purchaser's credit card. Shipping for Customer Remorse returns are the responsibility of the consumer. Returns are not allowed after 14 days of receipt.
